Over the weekend we finally ventured out to the Othello Tunnels. We are often amazed at what beauty exists right in our own backyard. We had wanted to check out the tunnels in the summer, but never found the time and I'm glad we didn't - the beauty of fall made the experience even more amazing! The tunnels themselves were magnificent - built in the early 1900's as apart of the Kettle Valley Railway - it is an amazing feat to see!
It was a wonderful time together!
