If you have pets, all evidence, including cat boxes and beds, should be removed from the home before any buyers come in. I also suggest taking pets with you when you leave for showings. If that isn't an option, have them sectioned off into their own space. If there is a smoker in the house consider having them go somewhere not on the homes parameter. ремонт на входове София
Best of all, painting requires little investment, little money and few supplies. A good paint roller, some brushes, paint stripper, and paint are generally all that are needed. These items are all available at your local home improvement store. боядисване на вход
