This little guy is now 1 year old - 12 months as come and gone and very quickly might I add! One year later and Sully is weighing in at 23 lbs and is 29 inches tall. He has 8 teeth and will eat pretty much anything. He is chatty although not much of it makes to much sense - his go to word is "da da da." He is learning different signs to communicate and it's the cutest thing. He crawls and stands and has just started taking steps along furniture or pushing things around the room while walking behind them.
Sully's little personality is beginning to shine through a little more everyday. He is such a boy - loves to wrestle and be thrown around. He carries his little toy hammer around with him and likes the sounds that come from banging different objects against each other. He is a bit of a ham and loves when he learns something new to show it off - waiting until he has your attention and then beaming with pride that he has another skills accomplished! Even though he is a boy is also has a very sensitive side - he will cry if someone else starts to and if he has done something wrong and knows it will break down almost before I have started reprimanding him for it.
Sully's past month as been an exciting one filled with the following: a Thanksgiving visit from his Grams & Gramps, the Othello Tunnels, hiking the Grouse Grind, geocaching for the first time, dressing up as an owl for his first Halloween, pumpkin painting and of course a special birthday visit from Uncle Dan & Auntie Hailey.
We have had a lot of fun this past year and are excited about the years to come - we love you little man!
