Wishing these two all the happiness in the world.  I am thrilled that somehow we ended up living in the same town and will continue to journey through life together in this new stage!  Thanks for letting us share in your day Tim & Trish - we love you guys!

Long Table Event

At the end of every year Matt and I host all of his staff (head coaches, assistant coaches, trainers, managers etc & their significant others) for a meal, to thank them for all of their work during the athletic year.  The group is getting larger and larger and so we thought it would be a good year to mix things up a bit.  We came up with the idea of a long table event.  It is exactly how it sounds - a meal shared at a long table, at center court in the Columbia Gym - the place that is "home" for so many of those people during the season!

all four of us worked hard to set up the event :)

Bearcat paw and jersey cookies at every place setting were a hit!
The Feast! (it turned into a LONG table - 15 people on either side)

like one big happy family - the food was AMAZING!!!

we are so thankful for Matt's staff - they make his life manageable - they are a talented team - a true blessing!

Master Matt!

Matt finished his Masters of Science in Leadership this past week!  I could not be prouder!  He worked so hard over the past two years - on top of his full time job, full time daddy duty (not to mention welcoming a new son in the middle of his studies) and full time husband - he aced his Masters!  He finished with a GPA of 3.85!  He did amazing at balancing all of his different duties.  He often worked late into the night because he made us a priority during the day - good man!

Matt's co-workers made him this diploma :)
