Goin to California...

I just got back from a little trip down south. I started off the excitement in San Fran. Here we are taking an old fashion row boat through Golden Gate Park.

Next stop on the adventure...Santa Cruz...to see the beautiful Andrea Bonilla!

Kristin flew in from Korea just for the week...we hit up the ocean in Santa Cruz.

We picked up Beth in San Jose (fourth roommate from Sr. year) and headed up to Fresno for THE WEDDING!!!

The main reason for the trip...the wedding of two beautiful friends...Thomas and Ruth...it was a WONDERFUL day and I couldn't be happier for them.

When the wedding was over, Nathan picked me up and we made the trek up to Oregon to see Becca. We had Canadian Thanksgiving with her and than spent a couple more days after that.

Summer Of Fun!

well as the weather begins to change i am beginning to realize that it is over...the summer that is and what a great one it has been! here are some pics of the last couple of weeks.

Kaminski's in Kelowna

Mom and Dad Kaminski came to visit Kelowna for a couple of days! They worked at the camp for two days and than we played the rest of the time. We were able to tour a winery, play some put-put and go out to a nice dinner to help celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary!

Last Thursday on our day off we headed to Penticton to float down the canal...there are no pictures of that but before the canal we stopped at a rose garden.

Date Night - May 31

Due to the fact that we had to head into town a little early to drop off the keys to my place - Matthew and I had some spare time on our hands before dinner...so we headed to Starbucks. Matthew tried his very first Frappuccino and loved it!We took a little walk downtown Kelowna...
Than it was off to Earl's for supper. We sat on the roof top cafe, overlooking the water.
After dinner we took a walk through city park and frolicked through the grassy lawns!

We ended the evening off with Salsa dancing lessons - sorry no pics to show for it - we are pretty good though! It was a wonderful evening!

Just another summer evening in Kelowna...

Moving Night!

We packed the truck and a mini van full (not to mention a couple full car trips) over to the storage unit. Alise and I followed the boys in the van - we were praying the whole way that they wouldn't loose the mattress from the back!


We took a little supper break in the mist of packing. Over a dinner at Arby's we randomly decided that with all the change and summer being upon us - we needed a new piercing (we were perhaps overly tiered!) Anywho....Matt was the only one that went through with it.
